For someone who is a self-proclaimed carb-addict, it ain't been easy eating nothing but protein since Sunday. But.
I had my weekly appointment/weigh-in today and I have lost 8.6 pounds. And my BMI has dropped 2 points.
So, yeah... all the egg whites, turkey bacon, and chicken sausage has been TOTALLY WORTH IT.
(Well, maybe not the chicken sausage... that stuff was awful and I'll never eat it again. Yuck.)
And if that wasn't enough good news, I can add fruits and veggies back into my diet.
Salad. Strawberries. PEANUT BUTTER!
If you couldn't tell, I am feeling much better about Week 2.

Going completely carb free is one of the hardest things for me. I am on a 5 day thing right now that limits any carbs, I have had one cheat already. I am on day 3. I suck. It doesn't help that I am out of things in my pantry so I kinda set myself up for failure. And I hate eggs.
Woo hoo!!! You go girl! You'll be skinny minnie before you know it.
