Giving Back... Again

As I've done in the past, I'm holding another "Comments for Cans" here on my blog.

For every comment left on this post through Sunday (12/4), I'll donate one canned good item to my local food bank. As I've said before, this is just my little way of giving back. I have so much to be thankful for, least of which is a pantry full of food. Knowing there are moms out there who are struggling to get dinner on the table for their families breaks my heart.

I know I'm not going to end hunger with a few cans of peas and corn, but I do think every little bit helps.

So please leave a comment (or two) and help me give back this holiday season!

I just love that you do this! And I'm blogging about it too. =)

I love that you are doing this, too. And I hope that you get lots of comments.

Do you think a lot of people stopped reading blogs when they stopped writing them? I still read - but rarely comment. I hope that doesn't prevent you from giving lots of cans!

Kat said...

Maybe you need to give 5 cans per comment? :-)

I just had to re-set my password to comment b/c I couldn't remember my old one.

It hasn't been that long since I commented on a blog.

I blame my memory loss on the children. Always. The Children.

At least now I can comment. Perhaps I should start blogging again.

Facebook and Pinterest has taken my blogging time, I fear.

"I'm also a ninja, by the way!" ~Noah, age 6.9, said to the dog. You wouldn't understand since you have no boys.

Finding Normal said...

I suppose a girl could be a ninja.

Finding Normal said...

Okay, I just asked Noah if girls can be ninjas. He said, "Maybe." Hmmm...

How's THAT for random comments? heh
