I have a full calendar but an empty stomach.

For such a short month, we sure do have a lot going on in February. Hannah's birthday, Michaela's birthday, my brother's birthday, Valentine's Day, class parties for Valentine's Day, father/daughter dance, "friend" party for the girls' birthdays, family dinner for the girls' birthdays... can we pack anything more into this month?!



Speaking of the upcoming dance, I need to get new dress shoes for the girls. Seeing as how each girl already has about 12 pair, they need more shoes like I need a hole in the head. Boots, Crocs, tennis shoes, flip flops... but no dress shoes.



Is this not the sweetest birthday card EVER?






I'm in the mood for some comfort food (read: CARBS.) Doesn't matter in what form... mashed potatoes. Chicken pot pie. Mac & cheese.



Now I'm hungry.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm carbs. I actually ate deep fried mashed potatoes the other night with shredded cheese and bacon on top.

I almost had an orgasm.

Yeah, that's exactly why my diet has lasted 2 days and I'm already failing. Carbs, man, they're evil.

Now *I'M* hungry! I won't say how many pairs of shoes I have. That way I won't feel guilty when I buy the next pair.
