I totally HEART Stand By Me!! I actually saw it for the first time as a kid (like 6 or 7--fine parenting moment on my parents part, no?) I used to totally think the dead kid in the woods was hiding under my bed. But I have always loved that movie. I didn't know for a long time, that it was actually a Stephen King story!
Oh, the genius that is Stephen King. I love that movie. And bad boy Kiefer Sutherland. And Vern...now. I can think of him in cougarish ways...

SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS MOVIE. Probably one of the best ever! Along with A League of Her Own. I could watch taht movie, over and over.
