ooooohhhhhhhh..... the last time I tried a personal trainer, I ended up with a "terminator-wannabe" and couldn't get out of bed for 2 days! I just try to get motivated enough to clean the clothes off the treadmill, climb on and try to walk a mile or two. That way, if I'm sore I can only blame myself. So far, my snail's pace hasn't hurt (or helped) me!

Yes, she should be wanted for murder. Or at least attempted murder. I'm getting a little better with her program. It doesn't hurt *quite* so much anymore. Like, I can actually walk the next day. But not very fast!
